I have been practicing massage/manual therapy as a licensed massage therapist (LMT) since 2000, following a motor vehicle accident in 1999. I value integrity, creativity, inter-professional collaboration, community building; and holistic, client centered health care.
My goals are to enhance overall physical and mental health, recreation, engagement in daily living and rehabilitation in the lives of those, who face barriers to living life fully. This may also mean addressing sub-acute and chronic conditions through enhancing relaxation, better breathing, movement, and resilience to feel better. I like to practice holistically where the mind and body meet, in performance.I also enjoy exploring the outdoors, horsemanship, snowboarding, nutrition, gardening, music, art, and practicing yoga. Hobbies: Drawing, photography, hiking, bicycling, rockhounding and learning.
